As the Electrical Supervisor responsible for maintaining the ABB Bailey DCS system at the Lone Tree Mill, I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark Smith with Western States Controls. Mark has provided onsite support as well as remote support to maintain the DCS for continuous operation of the mill. Mark has provided engineering support with designing a wireless system for one of our remote areas of operation to allow control of the plant through the ABB Bailey DCS which allowed continuous operation of a critical process circuit. Mark has assisted with training multiple employees on ABB Bailey DCS system maintenance and troubleshooting. Through his training my department has been able to respond and maintain the DCS for continuous operation of the mill.
